About 10 minutes

Tell us about you and your race

Athlete basics, recent PRs with dates, a goal race, and your typical fueling and hydration approach. Just enough to anchor the model before your training data arrives.

02
Every run

Connect your training

Upload recent .FIT files after your runs so the model can learn what's specific to you: heat sensitivity, sodium loss, GI tolerance, durability under load, pace anchors at different efforts. Garmin sync is coming once provider approval lands; until then, manual upload works just fine.

03
A few minutes

Build your race analysis

We run your athlete model against your specific race — its course profile, its likely weather, your fueling plan — and produce a goal range with an explained strategy. You'll see what we're confident about and what we're not.

04
As race day approaches

Refine, then lock your plan

Compare strategies, plan your fueling and aid-station logistics, check readiness as taper begins. Race week, lock the plan into a single phone-friendly race card you can take to the start line.

05
After the race

Debrief, and let the model learn

Capture what happened, what surprised you, where things went well and where they went sideways. Every race gives the model better calibration for the next one — so your second race plan is sharper than your first, and the tenth is sharper still.
